At SymbolWear™, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and conditions.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to EU countries only.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using postal services, with CTT Portugal as our default carrier. In some cases, depending on destination or logistics, a similar EU-based postal carrier may be used.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
- 2–4 business days within Portugal
- 3–7 business days within the rest of EU
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, local processing, or seasonal delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid together with your order. No additional shipping payment is required after checkout unless arranged separately.
Exceptions may apply in the case of large or bulky orders, in which case we will contact you before processing.
6. Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
