At SymbolWear™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return eligible items under the terms below.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (if possible).
- A valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us using our Contact Form, describing the issue and including your order number.
- If the item is eligible for return, we will provide you with:
- A unique RMA number
- The return address
- Include the RMA number clearly on or inside the return parcel.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Exchanges & Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will either exchange the item or issue a refund, depending on the cause and your preference.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, Amazon or bank transfer).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Items returned after the 30-day window
